Who is eligible to become a KCW user?
Anybody with internet access and an email address can access the Kansas Clean Waters System. Most people now have internet access at work and many have access at their homes. Many libraries also have internet access available to the public and users can often set up hotmail (email) accounts free of charge.

What if I forgot my password?
During registration, you will be asked to assign yourself a password and a challenge question. If you forget your password, please click on the "Login" link to the left and when there click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. This will send an email to the email address you used when you registered which will contain your new password. If you do not like this password, after logging in, you will then need to go to the KCW Password Change page and reset your password. You will need to answer your challenge question correctly in order to reset your password. The Administrators at KCW cannot view your password.
